The Project
The City of Toronto identified the need for an enterprise classification solution to support enhanced central data management, semantic tagging and content classification, and dynamic integration of city-controlled vocabularies with business platforms in place.
The Solution
Based on the use cases and requirements, Fluree Mondeca provides the city with Intelligent Taxonomy Manager (ITM), Automatic Content Tagging Manager (CA Manager) and Knowledge Browser (KB) as on-premises solutions , as well as APIs and web services to support tight integration with existing systems. information system. The resulting project made City of Toronto content more searchable and improve the analytical capabilities of City employees and the general public.

The Project
In order to facilitate access to the information sought, to quickly understand the implications of a text and its impact on its activity to then easily determine the actions to be carried out, AFNOR has chosen the Fluree Mondeca solution to enrich and semanticize the contents of the normative and regulatory texts that it makes available to its clients.
The Solution
The new CObaz platform backed by the Mondeca solution allows:
- To identify the different levels of provisions within the standards to distinguish those which must be respected from those which are not
- To highlight when reading terms that have a specific definition in a standard and display it by simply hovering over the mouse
- To navigate within the knowledge base using the hyperlinks affixed to all the document references cited in all the texts
- To display all of these links in the form of dynamic graphs in order to allow navigation in the data visualization
